pulleys look sick never seen them before sad to say but i cant even remember how the standard ones look

12 months without lude.............. :lecture: :troll: :suicide:
 shut up you!

12 months without a lude would kill me  but it's slow progress bud, having 2 very young kids kills soooOO much of my time atm
Ahh yeah I can imagine there's limited time for the lude now pal...
Looking good anyways, I've been looking at JUN bits I'm thinking the next build will have to be sporting some goodies, which level of cams did you put in this engine again mate?
JUN ones, there's only 1 set you can buy from JUN unlike the Skunk2 ones for example where there's a choice of 6 :?

yeh get an engine build on the go mate, you've done a rebuild of a stock one so you know what your doing. why did you have to move to Australia dude, our ludes are so alike - kills me to think they were together just the one time

fair play on ya mate! :)

i order and test fitted the Mocal oil lines and thermostatic sandwich plate, looks good so far. now i need to fix the oil cooler to the bay. i think i may get a mate to weld a few captive nuts and bolt it down, we'll have to see.

Can take a look at mine if you like?
Can't quite make it out from the photos I have, but it -looks- like it might just use a spade connector?

I'm sure I did a "how-I-did-it thread", but it might take some searching. However you'll get the idea from these pics...

Simply drill and tap the back of the manifold (or wherever there's a flat spot on the plenum), bore a hole for the sensor to go through and use an O-ring to seal it.

Then remove the ATR sensor and use a grub screw with Locktite or bolt to fill it (Not shown here ;) )...

ah, now thats where we differ in engineering ability

if there's no alternative, then ill give that a go, luckily i have a tapping kit from when we needed to do Will's 4g when his tensioner bolt hole became fubared.

cheers for the info though Nath, ill know what to do if it comes to that :)
