But it wasn t a golf
I was a opel corsa with 2 2.0 16v turbo engines
Car has uk plates because of the german tuv didn't give the registration
Check on boostbeast and you find this car

Heavier yes, but traction on both ends, pretty much 50/50 weight distribution and now each engine is shifting half the weight of a standard Prelude.lucas wrote:What a waste of money in my opinion :/
this is going to such a heavy car and won't handle or pull for jobby lol.
Pointless beyond words
It'd take some work to get it sync'd perfectly, and some getting used to driving it, but I say amazing!
I'm not a fan of the side vents, but understand their purpose and the whole thing is so well done.
Hat off to them

That is really well done, other than the bad boy hood on there.
The engines don't need to be perfectly synced, but they have to be relatively close because you'll end up with engine braking at one end to a certain degree.
The auto boxes were almost certainly selected for one main reason, and that's clutch operation, which is one of the biggest ball aches in a twin engine set up. You can drive two identical manual 5th gens, and the clutches will almost certainly feel different between the two. With an auto box, it just simplifies the whole thing really for both gear selection and no clutch required.
There was a guy in the states who had a Del Sol running two turbo'd H22s, and from memory, it was running about 350hp per engine. That would be fun!!!

I love it. And the front end restyle - looks great
And yep, my thoughts were the same as crazy's - clutches front/rear will never take up in the same way, would make for very messy/squirmy launches and uncomfortable gear changes, imo.
This is a 5g I would like to own
