Square front numberplate

Post by bill » Tue Mar 11, 2014 2:35 pm

Having a bit of a dilemma of where to put the square numberplate and was looking for opinions on where people thinks it looks better, in the middle of the bumper or offset to the passenger side? Hard to tell from the pics but I also have front fog lights fitted

Don't go square, go rectangular. 12" x 6" or 13" x 7"

Definitely rectangular not square as JDM-BB4 said.

Central looks classier in my opinion, but I'd trimmed my plate to fit perfectly on the mount. Trouble is yours is a UKDM right? So you'd have to have the larger font, so it won't fit.

To the side is definitely considered more JDM.

Aye I think the rectangular is a better look. not sure how it will work with the fog light being there. I couldn't go as far to the side as your picture shows. So it may have to stay in the middle I think. I will test it out see how it looks before deciding.

Thanks folks. I'll get a pic up once I finally get it done

To the side looks better if it's JDM plate, IMO. But I don't think it looks better than a central ukdm plate TbH...

Thanks for the input folks I think im gonna go for a square plate in the middle or prob just leave it. Was playing around with one and I can't get it where it should go cos of the fog lights.
