I completely missed the joke there   Thought you just couldn't remember exactly what they were called

Shame about their obvious common fault of knackered window mechanisms

Stratos :) I love the look of them, but I think I'd hate to sit in one (I'm 6'2)

I've got to say I think the Pug is one of my favourites there! 8-) Can't quite tell, did it have the T16 engine or was it a rep?
seemed the real deal to me as far as i could tell 8-)

If you go to FoS, you'll almost certainly see one up close, tearing round the rally stage along with all the other group B hero cars :hail:

I'm currently sitting outside a hotel in Hann. Muenden, drinking Dornfelder. There's a Merc Pagoda meet across the street.

Double sided the rear fence, de-weed and semi painted. The other half was painting them as the original fence slats are very close together so would be a mare to try and paint from the other side.

drokking awesome.
So good...

Dammit @wurlycorner, I was about 20m away from you.
Funnily enough, I made almost the exact same statement re: 24 years - I had tickets for the '93 gig and didn't go :o  , kicked myself ever since and so decided to tick the box this time. Epic show though eh? track after track, nearly 3 hours with no break, encore or padding and what, less than 2mins talking to the crowd? Amazing stuff.

They were drokking mega.
When I watched the democracy GnR lineup on TV from Reading a couple of years ago, it was clear Axl still absolutely had it, but without the others, it just wasn't real. This sooo was!

View and atmosphere on Saturday was quite a bit better ;)
