juddering could it be the rear brakes sticking? that would trigger the 4ws as it uses the abs sensors

good luck with the mot - brakes are always an issue....sounds like you might be spending part of the weekend refurbing the calipers.... :lol:

Yep - if the handbrake's dragging, that also causes a 4ws fault.

You can check the codes using the service connector behind the radio.
Should be something in the wiki section, but it's very well covered/explained in the service manual (also available from the wiki section :lol:)

well the results are in MOT rear breaks gash and handbrake needs adjusted and small leak in the exhaust the joys of only having a cat back powerflow so tomorrow night after work back wheels of calipers stripped and cleaned and re-mot saturday morning

haha yeah it was black with white stripes up the bonnet haha this one is going to be subtle looking to get my hands on an S2000 speedo for the full digital effect still need to sort the speedo before i do that :P
