Did anyone ever get to the bottom of this for 4g's?
Can the 5g holder be fitted to a 4g fuel flap?

(thread came up on a random google search and now I'm intrigued)

No, The threads on the cap slot in quite nice with the clip that holds the cover in and the edge. Pretty sturdy actually

Although I can imagine all the old Hondas with nice scratch marks around the filler cap and on the roof, because the old lady didn't quite know where to stick it

You mean you don't just stick it in the handle of the pump, so you don't need to actually continually squeeze the trigger?

Granted... I still keep my hand mostly on the pump handle, and don't wander off, but it means you don't need to actually squeeze

Not that I really do it now, because I've got a holder on the inside of the flap on the Legnum
