I did end up treating the Lude, bonkers I know, to some genuine Mugen pedals:

Delivery a few weeks. Price, errr, bit silly I guess for a part you barely see, but cheaper than UK suppliers.
Think the footrest cover will just complete the look. Just a nice touch.

I went out and tried my best last night, but it was far too dark, even with an inspection light aimed at them. I'll try again when I'm home today ;)
