the sets used to come up on the bay quite a lot there are a lot in the set more than eight :lol:

Yeah he turned up with a little clear plastic Honda parts bag which had been cut open already.

Final update (I hope) last night after work I took the car down to a local windscreen fitter, just had a call to say it's all done and ready for collection! Shiny new screen, trim, clips etc.. all done.

Autoglass, you're doing it wrong.

Yes mate, £70 excess to pay. He wants to be listed as a preferred fitter so he has asked me to write to my insurance company outlining the month long (and still unresolved) issues with Autoglass and the fact that he sorted it on the spot!

good for you Adam - sticking to your guns with Autoglass
getting a new windscreen is a fairly important job and one that if done badly cant be undone easily. :)
I had mine done a couple of years ago and it made a difference to how the car looked - no more scratched and chipped windscreen :D
