If you have got some jump leads attach one end of the red one to the negative battery pole and the other to the engine. With the black jump lead, again attach one end to the negative terminal and the other end to the chassis. BOTH ATTACHED TO NEGATIVE TERMINAL.
This will eliminate any earth problem.
If still no joy, whip the jump leads off and use another car to try jumpstarting it to eliminate the battery.

I'm no alarm expert so I don't know bud, I'm just going on what mine does really and it just seems strange that its killed everything.

Can't 100% say it couldn't disable everything, but if that was the case you'd see something in between the battery and the fuse box and tbh, it'd be downright dangerous design/installation! (you'd never want the immobiliser to be able to stop basic safety things like the headlights, horn, hazards etc.) so I'd be amazed if that was the case?
