Think I might have priced this one a bit wrong...

Listing time to Buy It Now in 1 hr 11 mins and collecting this evening.

Either they're desperate, or I well underpriced it to start with

Oh well, never mind I just want shot of it and I haven't got the means to take it down to a scrap dealer and weigh it in myself...

EDIT:
Hmmm yep, just checked their purchase history and this'll be the 5th one they've bought since April, so either they're very unlucky, or they have a lot of houses, or I messed up (the latter).

The price of clean copper is through the roof at the moment. They are just going to weigh it in.

Dunno, but faff/hassle and not got a car that it'll go in so at least this way it's gone with no aggro to me.

I'd had a quick gander on ebay and there were several bid up to around £30 on auction style listings so thought £35 for a buy it now without having to re-list was kind of safe.

I watched a guy pulling lead flashing off a 5 storey flats roof this afternoon in a trackie and pair of gutties. He was making hell of a mess of the roof tiles (not that he cared) and several times slipped and could easily of fell off :o . My lesson became a farce as the pupils were more onterested on betting whether he lived or died  Fair enough if the flats were abandoned but nope - council owned and rented (prob lived in one!!!) Lead, copper and the sort prices are big at the moment.

Unfortunately not. Had a double period out with my class well away from the school building and didn't have my phone out with me. I work in an 'interesting' area. Couldn't believe my eyes with this though

I'll be removing mine soon enough Iain, so I can let you know what it weighs in for ;-) (Or not, if you'd rather not know  ).
