Not interested in the pulley but you should keep your rice in a jar with a better seal. You can have that for free, it's one of 257 pro tips I will be including in my book.

To be fair we don't actually keep rice in that jar. That was just a one time thing when the bag split ;-) ... Usually we keep minced meat in it.
