Nice reading and a very impressive spec you have. Nice to see another lude getting the love they deserve. I hope this lude at some point. The 8lb fly wheel is one of the best mods ever! Loved mine. Cool car fella 8-)

A very nice 4th Gen. Keep up the good work :)
xenons still not finished. I'm doing quite a lot of overtime at work and don't have time to finish it. That was only spy photo ;) and there is still much to do.

Bad think is I'm unable to get headlight jet washer so I will have to remove the other side one and install something not genuine. It's a f....g shame as I wanted to keep it with as much as possible honda option parts. I'm thinking about something which will pop up when needed and after a spray will hide back into the bumper. Doing this it will be still legal as law says I need them with xenons and not so visible.

vw golfs have bumper washer jets.

looking at vw forums they work in line with winscreen washer jets when head lights are on. but the system works by water pressure so no tricky wireing needed. fit a separate motor under the bonnet, run a pipe into the water bottle. as you run the motor, the preasure builds, causing the jets to pop out of the bumper. simple.

I have OEM washer tank with pump and whole loom with timer and buton as I had them fitted and fully working before. But when some American rhurab reversed on me during the euro meet one nozzle was damaged and lost somewhere. I believe if I had it I could glue it and it would work. But I don't

I found on ebay skoda octavia new washer for silly money. I bougt it on friday late afternoon. I give it a try and then maybe if it will be any good I'm gonna get cover for it and another set for left side.

Thanks for info about vw ones. If skoda parts aren't any compatible with our cars this will be my next shot.

17-OCT-2013

Time is going and some changes has been done.

After small crash right there:
Image
I had to go back to Poland and sort out front end. It was still cheaper then if I did this in UK. Local bodyshop quoted me for a lot of money. In the same price I have my car sorted and also did something extra, petrol and ferry ticket covered and on top of it two weeks of holiday

I have installed used but in good condition Fujitsubo exhaust manifold. Not wraped yet but tape is already waiting. Unfortunattely downpipe was hit and I had to make something custom. Maybe tomorrow I will be able to make a photo of it.

Back to painwork. Front wing was replaced with rust and dents free one. Likely under it everything was OK and no damage was done to chasis, bumper and bonet was fixed. I fitted JDM headlights, retrofitted with audi bixenon lenses. Thats still not finished so no close photos. One indicator was damaged so I replaced them with clear ones. I had them in my wardrobe so did not have to pay anything, but I'm thinking about going "back to amber". As an extra stuff I have installed mugen sideskirts and mugen rear wing which was also painted the same colour as the rest of the car. Mugen badge still need some love as previous owner painted it all together with wing.

Now something which we all like. Only few pics done just minutes ago :D

Civic behind is my brother's in law ;)

Also finaly I get new rear discs (290mm) and adapters. Maybe on saturday I will fit them so then I make photo of it.

Love your car...
Great update mods and pleased to see the damage repaired. Looks fabulous again.

:? Strangely, I'm not sure on the looks of the jdm one-piece black backed lights though :? Maybe it's because of the clear indicators and yellow fogs, makes it look unbalanced? Not sure...

Looking forward to seeing the projectors finished :D
