How about some nascar steel wheels, weller, bassatt or diamond?

I think they look awesome, just won't clear my brakes :(

They look great..but do they have that wow factor? Not sure.

If you're getting a good used deal, probably worth it.

If you're buying brand new, maybe keep looking for a bit longer just to be sure.

Either way, they are nice though. And must be 17's. ;)

I almost bought some rare sized 15x8 Weller's a while back, but everyone said no  I like them, but I think you have to be seriously slammed to pull them off.

They are brand new, but the guy is selling them as he wrote his Mini off before he got to fit them, so they are cheaper.

And I don't think I will ever go 17's on a 3rd gen... The ride would be so hard as you'd have to sacrifice so much tyre.

(Trying to be more constructive!) I reckon the more multi-spoke ones look good on these, even if big (Yeah, it's not my spine!)....

Borrowing from another thread (Thank you Sam):

And I reckon you were really on the right track with this... (Maybe in a dark metallic brown)

I've learnt that I don't like equi-spaced spokes if there's 8 or more. I do love the look of that one I posted previously, but I'm just not willing to sacrifice the ride and comfort.

 I don't get it? I've got 17's on mine (that Sam put on), and it both looks great & drives perfectly!

Never bottoms out, never rubs, and the ride is comfortable.

Why the hate for 17's? :|
