4th gen and 5th gen bits

Post by M@dds » Sun Nov 17, 2013 11:15 am

Morning chaps,

Recently bought a few items from a chap in Stroud for my prelude, he has a few tasty bits for sale one of which I would buy myself if I had the cash but I clearly don't, so here's this list he has given me:

4th carbon fibre bonnet £160 good condition he says ( not seen it myself)

Onsokus cam gears new £50 (adjustable)

Tasty brake setup, AEM 305mm drilled and grooved, floating rotors and four pot callipers £450 with braided brake lines

Blue cobra Monacos £150 for the pair

I've met him in person he is into his civics nice chap

Here is his number if you want to talk directly to him, Jon is his name.

Sounds like this one:

Finally sold, wonder what he let it go for?

That carbon bonnet was very bowed too, not 'good condition'.

Appreciate you adding his details but this doesn't exactly comply with selling rules. He'll have to come on here an post items himself. Perhaps move this to look what I found?

Oh, the shag racing one...

Has he given up having his mates bid it up and broken it now then? Or has someone else bought it and started breaking it?

They do big brake kits too way back when, just never seen any in the uk. These were 100% AEM 4 pots, look exactly like pics if you google them.

Not sure they are worth £450 though. Might need some seals or boots changing??? Be good if he could sign up and post some pics.

Only image I could find...

I'm assuming then there are only fronts?... I'd assumed at £450 it was front and rears.

D2 do a rear brake kit don't they? I'm still yet to test my kit but I'll be able to sell them if I'm happy with it.
236bhp and 170ft/lb stock
