My first post/RANT! "absolute worst time of year"..

Post by JMBW » Sun Jan 19, 2014 2:42 pm

Hi Guys

I Have been a member ever since I bought my first Prelude, last summer.. "And truth be told; it is the most sensible purchase I've ever made" It still manages to get a good grin out of me now and then - specially after a lightly Spi**ted drive ;)

Although I'm not much of a blogger/active writer on these forums, I need to went how TRULY bummed I was yesterday morning when I got out to the drive.. The usual warm feeling of greeting my Prelude in the morning was spoiled by this utterly nasty, wet and life sucking substance!

And with this view I have to accept that the worst time of year has come, and I now know that I can't truly appreciate my drive the next few months - with all the snow scraping and digging + salt and grid on the road - keeping the car eternally dirty..

Just a little testimonial on how much I hate cold weather and especially snow. . . It just rubs me the wrong way!

I promise to make a more positive post in the near future, maybe a post on one of the many small mods I've made on my Lude.

Ow yea.. Sorry guys ;) I might have to mention that I live in Denmark, and the winter-season tends to be somewhat more cold and freezing, compared to mainland UK.

 Before scrolling down to the picture I thought you were going to be telling us how your beloved Prelude had been vandalised, so quite frankly I'm relieved for you!

Nice to hear from another member.
Lude looks good, despite the snow covering
Be great to see some more pics from when it's not so obscured! :D

Driving on salted roads sucks :(
