Yea that's a good point tbh. Is possible if the ID isn't too big. Have emailed both H-tune through here and Vtec direct to see about the manual tensioners. Getting a little desperate now tbh.

You still have to check all the manual tensioners after a while. Especially if it is a track focused build/used car
. Its just that, i am definitely not using an auto tensioner, and preferably not the h23 one, unless i cant get a KS one. Then i will use the h23 kit.

every garage will advice use kaz. instead of h23. everyone who ever installed h23 kit on engine what isnt out of car know how pita it is to install. yes you need check it ever so often but that need be done with automatic one as well.
good point about h23 kit over anything else is that h23 kit use h22 belt and that so tight together they will not skip tooth.
