buy new Nathan the 5g has a design issue with the rear wheel bearings and you are just moving the problem forward a few months with a secondhand one
Also I replaced both rears on mine when one was grumbling and the difference was night and day felt like before I had been driving with the handbrake on

Agree with Merc, id buy new, one of mine hums at higher speeds, Merc did give a replacement but since the 4 stud ones are cheaper than 5 stud I'm just going to replace for new.
If you do go the second hand route maybe best saying you want a 5 stud one as I'm sure you'd be a little disappointed if you received a 4stud one in the post of a 2.0
Yep, got the rear left to replace on mine. Considering pote holes/curbs can dammage them, I would "recommend" to go with a brand new part for this kind of stuffs. The thing is that you can't take the bearing only, you'll have to buy the complete hub so it's a little expensive : 180€ (~150£) here in France and aftermarket parts websites.
