well sanded lamps as you said , started with 400 and finished with 2000 sand paper. now polishing, using t-cut polisher and not goes as i want

places where lack is still are shiny but other places are still foggy. need to borough a machine as my hands hurts

so far so good

fronts look still good , but rears lost paint already

They start losing paint after about 6 months of being new (If your car's parked outside anyway).
