James, is this still good to go?
I see you mentioned deposits from everyone, however I'm off on holiday tonight so if I don't see anything here by 9pm you won't hear back from me until next Thursday, so please take this post as confirmation I'm still wanting to attend the dyno day, and will send deposit as soon as I'm back

@W1ggz I'm still toying with arriving on the Friday at LLL's so as I don't have to get up so early (I missed it completely last year), but I could otherwise be up for a convoy. On the Official UK National Meet Thread - 26-27 July 2014 W1ggz wrote:Anyone want to convoy up to the rolling road I'm in Weston jct 21 m5 or should this be a different thread ?

no its a place called spam speed in stonehouse. he looks like a grass track/autocross tuner to me. Like his hands are the colour of old vauxhells and ford cortinas insides
When i went there to sort out this he had some kinda crazy rear engined roll caged ''thing'' in with its astra GTE engine in bits
His set up means the cars poke out the back of the shop so we will all get to hear each car going at full chat in open air rather than closed inside a tiny room
tea and coffee available help yourself kinda deal. Seems like a nice bloke. Would expect a little light ribbing on the japanese thing maybe but all in good fun.
The main reason for the change imho is that it saves each car about £10 in fuel and £5 on the dyno run. He will also run each car up a couple of times to get the best average where as powerstation are just on and then off. I have asked about parking and it will be fine apparently...
I will collect cash there and pay him direct.
I fancy getting there about 9:45 in the hopes we will finish by 1pm maybe. then back to get everyone together and off for a little drive.
