I think so ;-) but I already have my Driftworks oil cooler kit so didn't need that :)

No, I've not done any real thinking about it yet, but as you said, I know I'll easily have a solution. It's just one of those things where I need to offer everything up into position to see where it's going to go, to see what's available securing wise, and to take some meaurements to make some brackets up.

I recon 2020 could be achievable! :D It's a date!

Neither of you will be able to handle the cars by then... Arthritis is a bit of a killer for reactions :P

Hi Nathan,
Looking tru your build again, been a while..
The brakes are on my wish list! with my new cage (read extra weight) I will need some better calipers so the K-sports are a great option! Don't understand the MOT rule that you need a cable operated handbrake. well if you park on a hill and you have a leak in the system it might be wise.. no hills in the Netherlands though
The extra caliper is a great sollution! looking fwd to the bracket your gonna make!
Are you putting a cage in it ?
We have to meet sometime.. NEED to see your car in real life! :geek:

Hey David. Nice to see you back on the forum after some time away :) That's quite the update you'd posted on your thread 8)

I do eventually hope to have a cage similar to yours. Not sure whether I'll go quite as substancial as yours, but then you are going to be pushing out more, so more pulling power and you'll be going faster than me too, so need it... Not that mine goes anything above 0mph at the minute

That's exactly why we need to have a cable handbrake, a hydraulic system just isnt reliable enough apparently. Although I'd hate to be on some of our windy roads, have the brakes fail and have to pull up on the handbrake. I think I'd rather just commit to a field and aim

Sadly my car is really just a shell at the moment. I just have a couple of large chests and a room full of tastey bits and a plan ;-)

Good, cage is a must. Mine is a bit much maybe, especially when ur gonne use it on the road. sefety first!

Only thing I can say, don't ever give up! and enjoy your room full of bits because to be honest, when they are on your car you won't see them as much anymore!

(BTW if you do , god forbid, give up... I want your brake setup  )

keep it up!
