Anyway £575 later i picked her up from literally 400 yards behind my house.

My initial thoughts were to repair the minor body issues, but i will be pursuing a full strip down and respray (white) inc sealing up. Not many EX's about now so it needs saddo's like me to throw some cash in. As she stands today there is a measly 20500 miles on the clock.
You may have read i have purchased an Armrest from USA which should be landing this week (in one piece

Along with the Armrest i managed to track down a Louvre for the rear screen from New Zealand, i don't know what it looks like but its brand new and their as rare as hens teeth so i took the plunge.
I dont want to really modify the car too much really as i think it will look pretty class just being low and clean. I have eye'd up some Drag wheels and going the route of GAZ coilovers in the hope of going low and stanced.
My gut feeling tells me i shouldn't do anything that cannot be reversed, I think this is partly to do with how rare parts are. To me its a classic and i want to be able to do the Lude some justice, by not going over the top and letting the car itself do the talking (if you get what i mean).
Anyway ill follow up with some photos of the bits as they coming in.
