Nafe, is your battery even secured down? I can't see a tie down strap in that pic? (or do that have clamps at the bottom on a 5g?)

If not, that combined with a dodgy terminal is definitely where I would start!
It wasn't when I first got it, but I swapped out the battery tray and strap from my silver lude ;-)

Going to check out the wire gauges when I get home and then order two new terminals.

I'd be looking at service, base idle setting and timing.

One other potential symptom the car has... It takes a good 5 seconds or so of cranking for the engine to fire up (It's shorter if I just turn the key the first 2 clicks, wait for the various dash lights to come on, and then turn the key the remainder.) It is guaranteed to always fire up though (Although when we had the extreme cold weather it would die straight after and I'd have to start her again, but I believe that's battery related).

But, on occasion, whilst the engine is cranking over before it fires up, it will suddenly stop (As if seized) and then instantly fire :? Almost as if it didn't actually need to be cranking over all that time, it could have just fired because it did it from stopped... If that makes sense?
