If your building a beast for the strip go turbo. Afraid for lag? Get a small turbo or go supercharged.
You can get your block build and have a 10 -15psi turbo setup for under 10k
I'm hoping for the same. 450hp and reliable .. Have you engine build for 600 + so you have some margins.
NA is very expensive and in my opinion high rpm and high compression are just as hard for your engine as boost.

Btw, strip you mean drag strip? As this very hard on your gearbox and axels. Not forgetting the upgraded engine mounts and lsd you need! O and the tuning....

If i turbo the engine it will be going in a civic eg again stuff the ludes no offence boys too big for my liking.
My mates accord is £15k so far still not done yet too lol.

Yup that is what TaffyLude and Dino sunk into it between them. It was worked on by Triple H Performance and Performance AutoWorks. That cost covers not only the straight up new parts, but all the machining work for the porting, polishing, valve jobs etc...

If you had to replicate the build nowadays it would probably be a bit cheaper.

altho I luv the ludes sell it put your money in an nsx who needs 400 bhp in a lude .......only my opinion .
