Yeah, I'd forgotten about that as well! Definitely an interesting combo cobbling that lot together into one... ;)

  having looked into the reverse head more and more it isnt going to be suitable yeah it looks great with the itb's sticking out the front of the engine and i may do it just for that reason at some point in the future.
There is however a limit to the horsepower that will come from that as valve angles and maximum cam lift limits and the fact they have tended to go bang in a big way every now and then  all make it not a real viable option.
The Itb's will be going into my cupboard for now and wont be sold, however a charged lude has been done there are a couple of jrsc builds either done or being done and there is a turbo build or 2 on here.
So what would be a great engine build seeing as the reverse head was lifted from racing history it seems right that i should lift another idea from the history of motorsport for my engine build from the era of Group B.
I have my engine builder in place just need a few more bits like an uprated fuel pump and some other bits then its time to push the blue beauty into a garage and let the greasy handed hairy arsed spanner monkeys pull the engine to bits greased lightening stylee  then bodywork and paint.
oh yeah answers on a postcard for the type of build
