What engine are you running? Dint you sell all the bits that gave you 230 odd?

Another h22, stage 3 cams, pnp'd head, skimmed head and block, flat faced valves and other stuff

skimmed deck (just to make sure its flat, not a huge amount taken off)
DIY balance shaft delete and oilway plugs
mahle gold 11.5-1 pistons
Eagle rods (500g total weight saving :shock: )
ARP Head studs
ARP Crank cradle studs
ACL Race conrod bearings
ACL aluglide mains and thrust bearings
Oil cooler delete ;)
H23 tensioner with shortened pulley bolt so i don't have to run a balance shaft pulley
Gates belt
JUN flywheel
All seal replaced with honda/rover OEM parts
morosso sump, to be modified slightly
skunk 2 mag chip plug
h22 head skimmed a fair bit (had to be done twice due to it arriving from the states pi$$ed)
decent PNP and gasket matched
super tech valve springs and retainers
iirc supertech flat faced high compe valves
cromer stage 3r cams
adjustable cam gears dialled in to crower settings
v2p clearances checked with vtec locked in
v2v clearances checked
atr follower springs with washers underneath
cut down cam cover
skunk 2 cam seal
skunk 2 oil cap
breather filter
mugen manifold (down pipe with pete getting a 3" collector fitted)
OBX 52mm ITB's with evo injectors


gear box

u2q7 diff and final drive with m2f5 gearset fitted all with new seals, diff bearings and input shaft bearing
act 6 puk unsprung clutch and extreme pressure plate (cnut on the road)
