The drive will be done when they come to building the garage, or at least the hardcore laid. The block work can be built around the cars and when they come to doing the roof the cars can be pushed out onto the drive. If they want the cars out the way when they're blocking (to put the blocks on the base for ease) then the cars can be pushed onto the drive sooner.
