Is that the mega expensive one? Sold recently for £2750 obo and is back up for sale for a little less? Looks a minter! I'd like to have seen before/during photos of the 'full resto' for that price though otherwise I'd be worried it's all filler :?

Nice to see they're going up massively in price though when I own two ;)
Tell me about it. I bought mine just before the hype for £325!

And yeah, the champagne gold one that has had a full respray in its original colour.

Merc, she's old enough to be your great grandchild!

 ;) :P
I'm probably older than you think I am  Although while I was up the workshop the other day some 6 year old kid walked past with his dad and the kid thought I was 15 and the dad thought I was 16/17 which was nice ;)

Got a lot of the engine loom done this weekend.

Unfortunately I ordered a throttle body from H-Tune and it came from Tegiwa??? (I'd chosen not to use tegiwa because of their bad rep for delivery times and dodgy orders...) I ordered it because it said in stock and delivery by Friday (5th) as I was going on holiday on the 6th so wanted to fit it before I left and make sure everything was right. Well it didn't turn up in time, it ended up coming during the middle of the week while I was away :( I got back on the 13th and went to fit it and realised it had the wrong gasket with it!!! I thought nothing of it when it came, that the 'void' seal was broken and it had a handwritten sticker that had been ripped off the box - I've now realised it says 'no TB gasket' Someone has obviously just chucked any old gasket in with it to sell it? So that's set me back another week or two as they aren't even open on weekends to sort it out.

I did manage to sort out a place for my air/fuel gauge this weekend too. Who needs heater vents anyway  Pretty proud of this, used the first template and it was near on perfect. Just have to wait for the sealer to go off before I can properly fit it so will post pictures once it's in. (first photo is of passenger vent as I forgot to photograph it before I started)

The paint isn't a perfect finish because of the metal I used but it'll do it's job.

Beautiful nails! :)

Tegiwa are jobby! I can only imagine H-Tune didn't have what you wanted in stock and so didn't want to let you down. So they thought I know I'll let Tegiwa drokk it up the extra mile instead! God knows whey they didn't just notify you, and god knows why they're relying on Tewiga to help when they can't even sort out their own jobby!

The pod looks good 8-)

I ordered some parts from h-tune. Excellent customer service but a few of the parts I ordered weren't in stock (even though their website said they were all in stock). They said it'd take around 5-7 working dayso to get them in stock and then sent out. Took around 5-7 working weeks in the end. But can't fault their customer service. Replied to my messages within an hour every time.

Yeah they've been great with me, the main problem has been that they sourced them through Tegiwa cuz they weren't in stock and Tegiwa have messed up with the gasket. They're sending another out (from Tegiwa) for delivery tomorrow but I'm not gonna hold out that it'll actually arrive in time...
