I'm currently in the 'can't come' camp, because I have no cat sitter (diabetic cat, has to be injected 12 hours apart so I can't come down night before or leave early in the morning) so the whole meeting at 8am thing doesn't work for me

If don't need to arrive together, this is a possibility that I could arrive later - although still a stretch...

The email Lloyd forwarded to us all says

There will be two entrances as this is a very busy event, please follow signage, the club does not need to arrive in convoy as they will be directed to the clubs reserved area - so do use both entrances.

So I guess we'll see you there
