Yeah, I bought some of the trim from a big bumper Golf GTI and it had yellow writing all over like that, but it wipes off with a bit of solvent and rag. Same stuff the car auction folks squiggle all over cars with

Yeah it'll just be chalk pen, should come off easily enough with a wet wipe or a bit of soapy water
