I managed to salvage a few useful parts today thanks Nathan. I didn't manage to get the sunroof slider out but I did get a few bits to replace ones that were broken and scruffy on my car. I did it just in time ... just as I was finishing up your neighbour turned up with his recovery truck. Phew!

Glad you got some bits and bobs, shame you couldn't get the sunroof panel.

Was my neighbour definitely uplifting the Aerodeck? They're recovery breakdown guys, so on-call and therefore keep most of there vehicles at home. If it's a larger car transporter with a crane then the chances are they're finally taking the 'deck, as they don't keep that there.

It was a proper big rig that turned up as I was leaving. They were going to move your Lude out of the way so they could get access to the Deck. The lorry was getting ready to reverse onto your drive as I drove away so best guess is they were going to crane it on to the back.

Just got a text from Stace saying "Sorry, how much was Glenn taking?!", with this picture attached...

EDIT: For others, the Aerodeck was parked over the brown patch next to the lude ;-)

So the scrappy visiting coat then? I've snuck a rad out of a scrappy before under a trench coat

I'm on my phone at the moment, so can't upload a photo, but I got rid of about 4 foot of intake pipe work. I had a similar issue with it drawing in hot air as the pipe work runs behind the block!!!

As for the clutch, just adjust it. There's an adjuster knob just above and I front of the gearbox. I snapped a clutch cable, and when I put the new one on, the clutch was too low for my liking so I just adjusted it slightly, but it works both ways. Might help till you get the clutch done.
