Exactly the same as my 4th with no FITV except I know it isn't going to run by itself so always start it with accelerator and hold it for 30+ seconds.

The ATR does not have a FITV but there is a coolant line that goes to the bottom of the TB.

That's what made me think it might have been remote. I know the TB I have for my 4th gen build is the same design in that sense. So does it just allow coolant to run through constantly? Surely there's a shut off? :?

Ok, according to this dude (Targa250R) http://honda-tech.com/honda-civic-2001- ... s-2503114/

There is a sensor in the bottom of the ATR TB that electronically senses the coolant temp and adjusts idle that way.
