Very nice job Benny, and that is a good price for just dropping everything off like that :)

Is that powdercoated or sprayed?

I prefer sprayed to powercoat. But powerdercoating is much cheaper.

They're looking a lot fresher now 8-)
Need to get mine done at some point, and best price I've had so far was £312!

May phone up the place you used and get a quote and save myself a few bob.

What are the top 2 tyres you'll have up for sale Benny? Make and size etc. The tread on them looks good?

I don't agree it's more durable. It's a tougher finish but extremely brittle and flakes easily. Paint is softer but sticks better.

Paint is more forgiving in the long run From my experience.

However I think the best overall is a painted base coat with a powdercoated lacquer works best.

Nitin.
Paint is wet and layered.
powdercoat is an electro staticly applied coloured plastic powder and gets baked at extremely high temps where us remounds and forms a tough plasticy finish. The finish can be extremely vivid.
